Why High Frequency People Undervalue Themselves

Some of the most powerful, high-frequency people I meet are the ones who doubt themselves the most, and that gap can be heartbreaking to watch. Today I’m pulling back the curtain on what I see behind low self-worth, chronic self-criticism, and the feeling that you’ll never live up to your potential, even when your future timeline says otherwise.We start with the most common blocks: thoughts and emotions. I talk about how the ego tries to “own” every thought, including intrusive dark thoughts, and how that can spiral into a brutal attack on self. We also get into why anxiety about the future is often just missing information, and why emotional mastery matters so much for intuition, clarity, and decision-making.
