Her path began in 2011 after a life-changing journey to the Amazon rainforest, which inspired her to found Graceful Warriors—a pioneering platform for women’s empowerment and sisterhood in Vancouver. Over six years of facilitating circles, workshops, and womb-healing gatherings, she discovered birth as the true origin of her soul’s calling.Trained initially as a doula in 2013 with Kara Maria Ananda and later through Pacific Rim College’s Holistic Doula program, she weaves together herbal medicine, homeopathy, acupressure, and nutrition in her care. In 2024, she began advanced study with the Center for Sacred Window Studies’ Conscious Postpartum Caregiver program, deepening her devotion to Ayurvedic and holistic postpartum care.Rooted in Nature and over two decades of spiritual and ceremonial practice, she brings a calm, nurturing presence to her work.
