why i attract the hoodlums, evil people ,perverts ,criminals in my neighborhood?

i am not attracted to criminals, drug traffickers, peeping toms, drug addicts, prostitutes, low functional mentally ill, alcoholics because they are dangerous to innocent people like you and me and cause trouble all the time= unfortunately they live nearb y on haskell and my building -they come over to press my buttons ,been doing it for twenty years almost- and the cops should lock them up   There are the allegations about them peeping into my home and that is insane and wrong and not allowed. my home is not a stage for people to look into or for me to be harrassed - why havent the cops done anything to these low life savages- time will tell but eventually these hoodlums will end up in jail Also this podcast is about any naysaying ,or lies , false allegations on internet etc,  against me ---->do not listen to it ,it is lies ,defamation
