Why "I Could Have Easily..." Is A Terrible And Dumb Phrase

There's surprisingly a lot of instances where I see athletes say, "I could have easily been like Michael Jordan" or "We could have easily won today." What? If it was so easy, then they would have done it. Not only does it diminish the accomplishments of others, it also creates a false narrative that these things are easy. It allows for excuses. And this sort of thinking carries into creative endeavors. But I have an approach that works to reverse this so anyone can actually do those things.
