Why “I Deserve This” Is Sabotaging Your Weight Loss [Podcast #716]

from The JoLynn Braley Show | End the Binge with JoLynn · host JoLynn Braley Weight Loss Coach

I want to talk about a sentence that sounds completely reasonable, feels completely fair, and quietly undoes more progress than almost anything else I see. If you resonated with what I shared during the podcast and recognized yourself in it, if you run your whole life with real discipline and it only falls apart around food in certain moments, I want you to really hear this: the verdict you've been carrying of, "I'm just not disciplined enough," was never accurate. The case against you doesn't hold up. If you'd love to break free of this, you can, and it's what I help my coaching clients do when I personally coach them out of the st...
