From the moment we came into this world we've learnt so much about people and who we are expected to be. Why did something as important as learning about our SELF get left to time? Commonly, everything we have been taught about right and wrong has been directed towards another person. The right way to speak, the right way to greet, the right way to sympathize or empathize, the right way to dress etc... So, this episode sheds light on oneself and the concept of helping oneself first over helping another. Some people struggle to make the choice of themselves known, with the fear of judgement.
