Why I Eat the Same Thing Everyday

Clarity Fam,Today I’m going to share some of the routines I’ve fallen into and why they are working. I’ve read about some people who simplify basic things in their lives to free up mental space for more the more complex things.Our headspace is a deplete-able asset. Every day, we only get so much. Efficiency studies show this over and over. Even our will power gets weaker as the day goes on just like a muscle you are working out.I’m not trying to be prescriptive by any means!
