Why I Have 30,000 Pills…

from The Empire Report with Guy Christensen · host Guy Christensen

This bag of medicine costs about $8 a bottle in the U.S. In Cuba, the same supply can cost the equivalent of a month’s income or simply isn’t available at all. Multiply that across thousands of bottles and you’re looking at something worth hundreds of thousands of dollars in a country being economically strangled to death. Basic medicine turned into a luxury, priced out of reach for ordinary people. This is what passes as “foreign policy” for the American empire. That’s why I’m going to Cuba, not to sell this medicine, but to deliver it to the people who deserve and need it the most.As always, you guys are the only sponsors I have.
