Why I Pulled My Amazon Best-Seller

from Coach Business · host Caryn Gillen

"The thing wasn't the thing at all. The process was EVERYTHING." When you've been in business a long time, you try a lot of things. You fail at a lot of things. And, you succeed at a lot of things as well. Earlier on in my career, I wrote a book. I hustled and did all this stuff that nearly killed me to get it out in the world. But, I did it. I figured it out and I pulled it off. It was a best-seller in its category. Last year, I felt it tugging at me to put it to bed. It no longer felt like me and my work. So, I removed it from Amazon. I took it away and I don't think you can get it (in any version) anywhere anymore. It was over, just like that. I'm still so proud of it and everything it taught me! But, it didn't fit anymore so I stopped dragging it around. I felt like this was an important thing to share because so much in this business we see the crescendo of everything - getting bigger, louder, better, more, more, more. But, sometimes, there is also a de-crescendo, where things get quieter and less important. I love when things are done. I love starts and ends. So, I'm curious... For you, is there anything tugging at you? Anything asking to go to bed or be done? Because it's okay. It's okay to just be done with stuff. It's okay to quiet things down. I'd love to know, what's ending? And, why is that perfect for you? Only you get to decide.  Tag me or DM me on IG and let me know. ----- Do you have some things you want to accomplish this year? Do you have a plan? What if there was even more to discover? 🤔 Join me on a 30-day journey to clarity. 30 days of powerful questions from me. It's free and you would be surprised how many nuggets you can mine with just one question from me!
