Why i quit the performing professional side of music ?

I did not quit the my non performing professional songwriting aspirations- but i am tired of the rejections, indifference by the music business towards my music ,singing, the pressure, the haters and nothing much to show for it financially -33 years almost 34 years and no opportunities ,nothing but bad luck I am heartbroken but i didn't quit trying to make it in the music business ,as far as songwriting ,but i am about to do that eventually.
