Why I Sanitize My RVs Hot Water Heater Tank when Dewinterizing

In this podcast, I reply to several people who have asked me why I allow bleach solution into my RVs hot water tank as part of my RV dewinterzation plumbing sanitization process. I cite a study that shows that a very diluted bleach solution left in the metal hot water tank for a very short period holds little long-term risk of corroding the tank vs. the greater health risk of not sanitizing the tank.
