Why I Started a Podcast

I get asked often why I started a podcast... specifically a podcast about heartbreak.   Why would I want to talk about something so seemingly painful? Heartbreak is pain.  It's grief.  It's loss.  It's the shadow side that no one wants to face head-on let alone talk about.  I'm not afraid to stare demons in the face... in fact, I'll invite them over for a physically-distant BBQ and serve them some freshly-squeezed lemonade.
