Why I (still) don't recommend you buy a Mercedes-Benz

This report concerns the conduct of Mercedes-Benz in Australia, in respect of the retrospective deletion of features on one customer's C 200. It's fully supported by the documentation from both sides and provides a fascinating window into the difference in treatment between prospective customers and actual owners. If I were a potential Mercedes-Benz buyer I would carefully consider the issues raised before parting with my cash.
