Why I’m Lonely (Conversational)

from ALAA EZZEDDINE · host ALAA EZZEDDINE

In this episode, I talk about the difference between loneliness and choosing to live alone. Sometimes being alone can feel peaceful, freeing, and honest — and other times it can turn into isolation without us noticing. I share my thoughts about independence, emotional distance, solitude, and why living alone does not always mean feeling lonely. A personal and casual conversation about connection, freedom, and the emotions we rarely explain clearly.
