Why Intentions Are Better Than Goals in 2023

from It's Not About The Money · host Catherine Morgan

In this episode of the It's Not About The Money podcast (formally the In Her Financial Shoes podcast) I am going to be sharing why I believe that intentions are better than goals for 2023. January is generally the time that we look forward to the year ahead, setting goals and targets of what we want to make happen in our lives which often results in massive to-do lists and we don't get much further than 2nd January before we feel exhausted and unmotivated. By creating the feeling and setting an intention you will be better equipped to succeed in a sustainable way.   In this episode: The difference between a goal and an intention Why you need to look beyond the wealth you desire to find the meaning behind your intentions How routines and rituals will support you What do you need to let go of that is no longer serving you Why you need to include rest and reward into your intention setting   Resources Get my FREE book 'It's Not About The Money' Take the Money StoryTypes® Quiz Join Catherine's FREE Facebook Group 'The Wealthy Women Community' Catherine's YouTube Channel Find out about our Wealthy Woman School® Connect with Catherine on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
