Why is consistency so important in life and business?

Why is consistency so important in life and business? My father always taught me the importance of consistency and I could understand the meaning of what he said and showed me. But I could not for the love of god be consistent. Then, I grew up and I became consistend but on the unhealthy, hustle culture. This meant that I pushed hard every day for work, side hustles, diet, exercise but I lost balance. I also burned out. Multiple times. Now, I know better. I understand that showing up everyday for your family, your friends, your business is enough to succeed. You just need to keep showing up consinstently for a long period of time. And you will win. Without sacrificing your health or your relationships. This is the whole meaning of today's video. I am showing up. Because I want to win.
