Why Is International Mission Work Missing from the Black Church?

Today with all the financial resources churches, especially mega-churches, receive it's disheartening there's a lack of international mission work. Many Black churches don't even do mission work in their own communities. Why is that? Why haven't the Black churches gone out into the highways and byways to preach the Gospel? Why are the Black churches leaving it up to other communities to put in the work?
