Why is it so hard to do my dishes?

from My blurred opinion · host Timothy West

This episode is with my friend Annie O'Quinn. I came across her TikTok one day, it was a video of her talking about her struggles, and how her mental health was getting to her at that point. I immediately empathized and understood what she was going through. Annie has more diagnosis than I can remember, some which include autism, PTSD, depression, anxiety, an autoimmune disease, and much more. This conversation will give you a good idea on what it's like to struggle, we don't really hold back, and we really share our true feelings about mental health, and we do go in-depth on specific dark times in our lives.  If you are feeling suicidal, please Call a crisis hotline, such as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-8255. Text HOME to the Crisis Textline at 741741. Contact a trusted friend, family member, or healthcare professional if you feel you're at immediate risk. And Annie's TikTok is @annieOQuinn
