Why is John Leiber (running for treasurer of Wisconsin ) who has been living in Cottage Grove Illinois ?

Why is a board member of the Racine County GOP, where Adam Steen is also a member in good standing, filing a complaint against him? Why was Robert Jensen appointed to the board in the first place after storming out of a Burlington Area Conservatives meeting and screaming at an elected official “Get the f@(k out of my way!”? I know that last year during the election cycle Andrew Docksey (also a board member) told me at a RCRP meeting that if there was dirty work to be done that you always use a proxy. Seems like Robert Jensen was selected as Vos’ proxy this year hey?! Lastly, you have a board member who filed an ethics complaint against Vos’ opponent while the board which, includes Michelle Vos, has not taken any action against board member John Leiber (running for treasurer) who has been living in Cottage Grove since 2019 while continuing to vote via absentee ballot in Racine County. You want to talk ethics and integrity start by cleaning your own house.
