Why is Mentoring so important to our careers now?

Generally it has been done very informally and organically. However now many organisations and associations are setting up more formal mentoring programs to ensure everyone gets access to be supported to grow and learn. In this session Annette Gray will be moderating a panel of 4 people who will share their experience of being mentored and the impact it has had on their career. You will have an opportunity to ask questions of the panel and share your experience of being mentored.
