Eyeliner simply is the procedure out of all permanent makeup procedures that will give you a run for your money! I remember I had been doing eyeliner for a few years and I STILL WASN’T GETTING BLACK healed results! I just kept thinking WTF am I doing wrong? It was so frustrating and so much so that I was almost to the point of tattooing my client upside down!
