It doesn't happen overnight. For anyone. Do not let anyone inform you otherwise. They are likely misleading you for their own gain. This episode is a reminder of the 3 main areas of life that we are constantly managing and navigating. If we have fires in 1 or more of the 3 areas, we will struggle to make any progress.
