Why is there a button for that?

Hey everyone, its that time again, Kirk needs to go to court! And once again, he actually did it!  Join us as we discuss S1 E20 Court Martial, Kirk has to defend himself from an accidental button push that killed his frenemy.  Its weird, and the legal precedents are pretty shaky, but Captain Awesome and the Tribble Hippie will navigate us through the wild world of Starfleet Command law or something!
