This episode deals with the challenge of teams and groups that are not thriving. It is inspired by the conflicts that are emerging between freedom-loving groups of people and within such groups. There are mega attacks being launched, and have been launched, against human freedoms, against justice, against the sharing of truth and against proper and lawful and ethical behaviours. These attacks are being defended by newly created groups of people.
