I was hopeful, motivated, and driven to build something meaningful. But a couple of years later, things weren’t stable... financially or emotionally, and I noticed myself getting quiet instead of being honest. In this episode, I sit with the tension between honesty and silence. I reflect on shame, identity, frustration tolerance, and why so many men, especially fathers, struggle to speak when things feel uncertain. Not to offer answers or advice, but to give permission. Permission to feel, to express, and to be honest even when you don’t have it all figured out yet.
