Why It's Important to Practice Stillness | The Art of Balance when Living A High Intensity Lifestyle Stress is a non-negotiable for the majority of us 🧐. It is difficult to get through the day, without dealing with the highs and lows that come with any variety of lifestyles. Whether you work a 9-5, or do something less conventional, whether you're a full-time or part-time parent, balancing multiple jobs, studying, or anything in between... we all live our own definition of highly intense and highly stressful lives. In order to continue to do what most of us do best (whether we like it or not), there are certain practices that are integral. Learning the practice of stillness is one of them.
