He now specializes in subdividing and developing large tracts of land in Texas, after starting with land flips five years ago. In addition to his real estate ventures, Daniel has been hosting the “Hive With Us” podcast since 2021, sharing insights into entrepreneurship, land investing, and investment strategies. Anthony Gaona has 15 years in digital marketing and a foundation in construction, mastered lead generation and transitioned from managing projects to wholesaling leads. In 2019 he pivoted to real estate investing.
