Why McAfee whacked six indictments & ATL's sixth place pains

Superior court judge Scott McAfee did what teachers used to do to students who didn't show their work; he returned six indictments against Donald Trump & some of his co-conspirators because the Fulton County district attorney's office didn't specify what Georgia or US Constitutional statutes the defendants allegedly violated. Unforced error or a willful attempt to be vague to make defense's work more difficult? Oh, good news: Atlanta's now the sixth-largest US metropolitan area - but we're not really ready for such a lofty distinction, are we? The 2023 session's doomed school voucher bill (SB233) is back and on it's way to passage this time, but Rep. Lydia Glaize and Rep. Doreen Carter exposed this sham bill for what it is.
