Why men need to have an in group preference for gender

It’s verified that men defer and prefer to women. In fact men go out of their way to set other men up for failure and subconsciously enjoy seeing one less man compete in the generic marketplace. As I said this is all subconscious and biological. Yet I see this being men’s greatest flaw and is leading to the downfall of the male role and the rise of massive government where the state fills the mans Role.
