He also worked for some of the military’s highest caliber leaders where he gained invaluable experience and adopted principles on a leadership framework that he immediately incorporated into his own life.Before joining the military, John worked with managers and coaches on various athletics teams to strengthen their organizations’ communication strategy, team motivation, and elevate purpose for athletes.
