And I want to over chief to make a summer season school. Yeah. Yeah. So we're going to do this commentary and then hopefully as things progress in the months and we find the right stuff to work with because we're not going to do this in normal commentary.
So we want to do stuff that's ditch. Yeah. Like what about Bob? Yeah.
This movie was released in 1991, May 17, 1991. Yep. And it's this year. It marks its 20th anniversary.
Ironically, we're talking about 20th anniversary on the day of my five year wedding anniversary. Yeah. If you remembered it now or you remembered it earlier, hopefully. I have no idea what I remembered it.
I haven't even been home. Well, that's what you remember forms though. Oh, yeah. The one piece of advice he gave us on the first day of his class is you told every guy in the room when you get married and copy of the wedding program above your toilet.

Like I know and it's the existence obviously because of Bill Murray. This movie is hilarious. It is a great movie, but my oh my oh my is it at its core. He fucked up movie.
Very true. And in this day and age of political correctness and everything, it could not get me today. I agree disagree with you a little bit because what about Bob when it was initially released? Yeah.
It wasn't like, oh my god, this movie is amazing. Like it wasn't a big blockbuster. It was never intended to be. Right.
It was just a Bill Murray Richard drive us calm. He was released because it's Bill Murray Richard. Bill Murray Richard drive over Richard. Yeah.
About the club. Yeah. And they steer the movie. Yeah.
It's fine. I mean, the only thing I mean, if it did get made today, I think they would definitely not go so much on the crazy factor over exuberance of his mental health. I think they would turn it down a little bit and really make it a coming of age story like a getting comfortable in your own skin. Yeah.
What honestly, this is also. Right. Which is the only way to do it. Right.
Right. Just at its core does tend to lead a little bit more towards the ostracization side a little bit. Yeah. A bit.

I think in all honesty and I one day when they do a commentated movie but dumb and dumb are the sequel the sequel. We actually walked and everybody did not like he changed He changed his style to accommodate my idiosyncrasies. Yeah Those kind of like my like my first encounters with the psychologist was when I was young right and not really understand what it was going on with myself Yeah, and it had to freakin stigma still my brain.
I'm like, oh god. I'm not so I'm nuts Yeah, cuz I mean I would really say that the stigma around mental illness is kind of it started to go away We're only just in the last ten years now But then now going on to nothing now in my third year with this therapist like I wish I would have kept going so I when I watched this I was like I recognize that fucking girl. I recognize you know, what do I know? Where do you know her from?
