It hit me that Halloween is just a few days away. Which means the holiday season is about to begin.Personally, I think the holiday season is the best, best time to get your ticket and board the transformation flight to alcohol freedom. I know, I know many of you are thinking I’m crazy right about now….Let me just tell you why I think this is the ideal time to allow yourself to tackle exiting the drinking life inside a program like EXIT & Beyond. All times are actually a perfect time to do it, but I think this is a great time because of all of the holidays that are coming. During this pandemic, most people are spending their days at home and many have found themselves over drinking, overeating, and gaining weight. Although more alcohol and food are normal during stressful and overwhelming times, “quarantine” should not be used as an excuse to put keep over drinking. So today I want to discuss how to overcome the defeatist attitude you may be facing and help you push through this coming year healthier and stronger than ever.Listen in as I share four reasons why you should not wait for your current situation to be over before you tackle exiting the drinking life.
