I've listened to a lot of reasons why people hold back from getting started with Messenger bots, and the biggest one by far is fear. Will people think I don't want to talk to them? Will I come off sounding robotic? Will I come off sounding salesy, or that all I care about is self promotion? Will bots just be a flash in the pan? Will I end up wasting my time? On today's show, we're going to answer these questions.
