Why Pre-Selling Service is Worth Your Attention

In this episode, I chat with Alison Proffit of Proffit Coach about the benefits of selling your services even if you aren't 100% done with their creation. Pre-selling your services gives you the opportunity to get some cash flowing into your pockets, but there are many more benefits than just cash. Alison explains that when you're in a sales conversation it's not about explaining all the little details it's about selling the transformative experience. She says"obviously, we as the service provider, we might get hung up on that. Well, I don't know all of the how yet. And it's like, but you're not selling them on all the how they care about what's the transformation. And so you already know what the transformation is, without all the mechanical details of how you're going to package it. It's really thinking about, like, you're not changing what you're doing, you're just changing how you're packaging it." When you are creating new groups or packages for your business, remember the 80/20 rule. When you're 80% of the way done go sell to 20% of the people you want to get into the class!
