Why Should We Lead Like Servants?

from The Mobile Sanctuary Hosted by Pastor Phil Diaz

The world says leadership is about power, titles, and being on top. But Jesus flipped the script. “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” — Mark 10:45 - What if true leadership isn’t about climbing higher… but kneeling lower? -What if influence is measured not by how many people follow you, but by how many people you lift up? -What if the greatest leader who ever lived taught us that the key to leadership… is servanthood? In this episode of The Mobile Sanctuary, Pastor Phil Diaz unpacks what it means to lead like Jesus: -Why humility is the foundation of influence. -Why serving others is greater than chasing status. -How leadership rooted in Christ transforms homes, workplaces, and churches. This message will challenge you to rethink everything you know about leadership. Join the conversation: What does servant leadership look like in your life?
