Why the Church? - Equipping

This past Sunday, Alex started a three part series called: Why the Church? - A series that will give three reasons and responses to this big question. In light of a pandemic; What is the purpose of the Church? Is there a need for the gathering of believers? Can you get everything you "need" from church elsewhere? And ultimately, why does the Church matter to you? -- We walked through Ephesians 4 to see that equipping is a major reason why the Church matters. This Kingdom equipping only happens in the Church. The Lord has given gifts to His people to be equipped as soldiers that are drafted into a battle. We must count the cost and see the absolute need for the Church in this time.
