Why the current SASCOC board is illegitimate- Raymond Hack

Former South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (SASCOC) legal adviser Raymond Hack has testified that the 2016 SASCOC elections were unlawful and therefore the current board is illegitimate. Hack was testifying at the Ministerial Committee of Inquiry into SASCOC governance at the Ellis Park stadium. The former SAFA CEO was the one who sort the legal opinions prior to the elections and he has more on why he does not believe that the elections were legitimate.
