Why the Customer Journey Matters for Affiliate Marketers with Todd Crawford, the co-founder and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Impact Radius. Todd was one of the original founders of Commission Junction, After leaving Commission Junction in 2006, he worked for a couple of different companies within the industry. But then at the begin of 2008 spent two years with the other co-founders at Impact Radius talking with industry workers to get an idea of what type of technology or different technologies could make life easier for them.The end result was Impact Radius, a program that offers a suite of tools that requires just one login. James was first introduced to Impact Radius was in 2010 at Affiliate Summit West in Las Vegas, where Todd was demonstrating and showing off the new piece of technology.
