Why the Raiders drafted a relationship

University of Arizona safeties Treydan Stukes and Dalton Johnson, who were both selected by the Las Vegas Raiders in the 2026 NFL Draft. After spending five seasons as collegiate teammates and close friends, the pair shared an emotional reaction to the news that they would remain together at the professional level. Their longstanding chemistry on the field is defined by a deep non-verbal understanding and a shared defensive history. Now entering rookie minicamp, the duo aims to leverage their existing bond to adapt to the higher demands of the NFL. By maintaining their rigorous study habits and personal connection, they hope to translate their college success into the professional ranks.
