Michigan State hosts some of the toughest teams in the country this coming season, their arch-rival Michigan being just one example. Washington and Penn State come to town outside of Michigan, and Mel Tucker has to make road trips to Iowa, Minnesota, and Ohio State. The Spartans' 2023 College Football schedule will probably be the toughest in the country. I think Michigan, Ohio State, and Washington will all make the College Football Playoff and Penn State a contender. Michigan State is No.45 in returning production, most notably 11th on the offensive side of the ball, but they are not without their question marks.
