It also reinforced the values she wanted to instill at home.Through martial arts training, her kids learned self-control, perseverance, and responsibility. Her son, who was on an IEP for speech and academics, gained confidence and determination. Over time, he worked his way off the IEP. The structure and support at KOMA gave her kids an outlet for their energy while teaching them to set goals and work toward them.Now, she trains in KOMA Fit, building strength alongside a community of parents.
