Jimmy is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and has served in Iraq and Afghanistan. He's the founder of Vreeland Capital in St. Louis, an investor who's owned more than 100 rental properties in the last decade, and the co-host of the "Cashflow Tactics" podcast.
