Resolutions are generally defined as an attempt to correct something that needs "fixed" but A Course in MIracles says that as God created us perfect, so we are perfect. So what do we do for the new year? Do we ignore resolutions or explore with me on this program the idea of setting intentions - a flexible and respectful approach to goal setting. I also include a process to support you in figuring out what you really want and what will really satisfy! (60 min).
