// Why Waiting to Feel Ready Holds You Back with Dr. Kasi Lacey

How often do we tell ourselves, “I’ll take the leap when the timing feels right”—only to keep waiting? In this conversation, Dr. Kasi Lacey discusses why that mindset keeps us stuck. She shares stories from breaking barriers in a toxic, male-dominated workplace to creating her own practice, inspired by her daughters. We talk about trading hustle for wholeness, turning comparison into curiosity, and treating confidence not as a trait you’re born with but as a skill you strengthen through small, steady steps. Kasi’s perspective is a reminder that confidence doesn’t come from waiting—it comes from taking one tiny step, even when the path feels uncertain. 💛 Join The Gathering Ground and Become a Flourish Careers Insider: https://flourish.careers/community-membership 🔗  Connect with Kasi Website: www.kasilacey.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/dr-kasi-lacey-207815110/ Instagram & Facebook: @drkasilacey 🌟 Stay in touch!
