It shone a spotlight on how the price that we pay as consumers often bears little resemblance to the cost of production. The Irish Creamery and Milk Suppliers Association is based here in Limerick, the county which boasts a significant proportion of the country’s dairy farmers, and ICMSA president Denis Drennan spoke about the issue on Live 95's Limerick Today Hosted on Acast.
