Why was Mike Hall Jr. allowed to practice on Wednesday following his arrest?

Browns rookie defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. was allowed to practice on Wednesday, a day after he was charged for domestic violence. It was a bit of a surprise seeing him out there and head coach Kevin Stefanski evaded questions about it following practice. Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe discussed the decision to allow Hall to practice on Wednesday’s Orange and Brown Talk podcast and why the Browns couldn’t just make the easy decision, at least for a day. They also discuss how Stefanski handled the situation and if he could have done a better job discussing it.
