As we continue in the book of Acts, we see that some teachers start to tell the believers in Antioch that they cannot truly be saved unless they also get circumcised. However, by the end of the chapter, this matter is completely settled based upon God's Word and God's working in the life of Gentiles. From this story, we find hope and peace in knowing that God does not accept us based upon OUR work, but upon the finished work of Jesus. And that is something to celebrate!  Scripture: Acts 15:1-31
