Our eighth wedding anniversary came and went with little fanfare on the 8th of this month.  Ana and I had dated four years before we married, we wanted to be sure.  So with a strong love and twelve years of wedded bliss under our belts, it should have been a day we even wanted to celebrate.  But we didn't.  Not in the traditional way, at least.
