Public toilets are something you probably don't think about much until you find yourself in desperate need. But when nature calls, it's always a relief to know there's a place nearby where you can take care of business.It's estimated there are at least 23,000 public toilets across Australia, but not all loos are created equal. So what makes for a truly accessible toilet that works for everyone who needs it?
