Today I want to explore not only the reasons, but also the necessity of normalizing retreat experiences in our lives. It's important that we pay attention to the language we use and vibration we create around soul care, personal alignment and sacred circles. The power only grows when we believe deeply in why we came here and how these are the spaces designed to amplify that truth. It is our birthright to come together in ceremony, ritual and reverence. It is our journey to heal, evolve and ascend. It is in intention and community that it all comes together. I am coming on to share the energy, healing and light that has been summoned through this very special circle, our guides and the land with deep messages that have reverberated as a result. That healing is now activated in every acupuncture point of the world that we have come back to. The transformation has impacted our relationships and community.
